This project is one of four sites being developed as part of The Salvation Army's Cleveland Plan. The CNMIF II NMTC investment supports all four sites.
The new 31,000 SF East Cleveland Corps Community Center will serve as a primary gathering space for community members and other nonprofit organizations. The Salvation Army will provide space for offices, a chapel, gymnasium, fitness areas, a kitchen, an education wing, and multipurpose rooms for senior centers and other community activities. The Salvation Army plans to collaborate with neighboring nonprofit organizations to provide space for additional specialized programs, thus increasing the community’s access to resources in one central location.
