Since 1989, CDA has invested more than $448 million in over 135 projects in Greater Cleveland that have resulted in 6,750 new housing units &  7 million square feet of commercial space.

    September 27, 2018  Cleveland Development Advisors closed financing on the $76 Million Dollar Euclid Grand development, (formerly the John Hartness Brown Complex at 1001-1101 Euclid Ave).  The project, which sits just east of E. 9th street, will create an additional 239 multifamily apartment units and 21,200 square feet of ground level commercial space.
